Evers & Co. Real Estate, Inc. was a boutique, woman-owned, independent brokerage in the DC-area until it was acquired in 2017.

Piers Lamb was the Art Director and Photographer for Evers & Co. Real Estate, Inc. for 12 years. During that time, he lead the company through a complete re-branding and modernized their photography and marketing departments. He designed all of the agent collateral (business cards, marketing materials, listing presentations, fact sheets and advertising) and photographed more than 5,000 listings for the brokerage.

Piers worked closely with the 120 agents across four offices on their direct marketing blasts and individual advertising strategies while ensuring brand cohesion across the brokerage.

His photography was used company-wide for marketing, website imagery, MLS listings and advertising in print and digital media.

Many of the agents he worked with at Evers & Co are among his current list of clients for photography and design.
